Main topic - communication and customer service
Nowdays we are working and dealing with different kinds people who use different language,from different
country and have different knowldege, culture etc.
In this course we are learning that communication can be a very important part in our industry.
We normally use English as the common language, however there are many other countries who are not English speaker and they use their own language therefore there can be mistakes or misunderstandings between each other when we communicate or make deals.
Our group 5 students researched with each outlines which was related to customer service.
We each took part in reasearching an outline each, so it was more of an individual work in the last week.
Then we as a group presented our research in front of the class.
The group presentation was little difficult to me because I had no experience in English speech before.
It was good to hear what the other groups had researched and compare it to our groups work.
I think overall it was a interesting task which allowed me to understand more of communication and customer service situation of our industry.
